WULF Sleep Natural Sleep Supplement | The Off Switch
WULF Sleep: A System for True Recovery
Wind Down Properly
Fermented GABA and L-theanine are the wind-down pair. No sedatives, so nothing is forcing it.
Settled Through the Night
Lactium™, Ziziphus, chamomile and lemon balm are there for the second half of the night, not just the first ten minutes.
No Hidden Doses
3 g glycine and 1,000 mg tart cherry, with their amounts disclosed on the label.
Made for Consistency
A simple evening drink you can make part of your regular routine.
Wake Up Clear & Focused
Formulated without sedatives, so you wake up feeling sharp and ready — not groggy, heavy, or reaching for your third coffee before 8 AM.
Non-Habit Forming
Amino acids, minerals and botanicals. No sedatives, no added melatonin. Designed for nightly use.
What to expect from your first 30 nights
WULF Sleep is built for a nightly routine, not a one night verdict. The early phase supports the wind down. The consistency phase gives you a better read on staying settled.
-
Nights 1 to 3
Notice the Wind Down
Pay attention to how easily you shift out of the day, whether your mind feels less switched on, and whether bedtime starts to feel less forced.
-
Nights 4 to 10
Keep the Routine Steady
Night waking can be influenced by stress load, alcohol, blood sugar, light exposure, late training and the mental load you bring to bed. Keep the timing consistent and let the routine build.
-
Nights 11 to 20
Read the Pattern
Look at the trend across multiple nights: how often you wake, how quickly you settle again, and how you feel in the morning.
-
Nights 21 to 30
Know Your Baseline
By now you are not judging from one good night or one rough night. You are looking at how your sleep behaves across a full month of consistent use. Consistency matters when building an evening routine. Keep it simple and make it your own.
10 Active Ingredients

GABA
Fermented GABA at 300 mg, produced through fermentation and included at a clearly disclosed amount.

Glycine
An amino acid at 3 g, the largest single ingredient dose in our blend.

Lactium™
A trademarked milk-derived peptide at 150 mg, selected as part of our carefully considered evening blend. Contains milk.

Magnesium Glycinate
1,500 mg (~300 mg elemental). A well-absorbed, gentle form of magnesium. Magnesium is necessary for normal nerve and muscle function.

Tart Cherry
Tart cherry extract at 1,000 mg. It's where WULF Sleep gets its colour and its cherry flavour.

Supporter Ingredients
Beyond the hero actives: taurine (1,000 mg), chamomile (500 mg, 3.2% apigenin), Ziziphus spinosa (300 mg) and lemon balm (200 mg). Traditional evening botanicals, at doses you can read on the label.
The fine print. WULF Sleep is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Talk to your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition. Keep out of reach of children. Individual results vary.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
Will I feel groggy in the morning?
WULF Sleep isn’t a sedative and has no added melatonin. There’s nothing in it designed to knock you out or hang around the next morning.
Is it safe to use every night?
WULF Sleep is made from nutrients and botanicals, with no sedatives and no added melatonin. It’s designed to be used nightly as part of your wind-down routine. If you’re on medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor first.
Why don’t you use melatonin?
Melatonin can be useful for jet lag or shift work. We left it out because WULF Sleep is built for every night, not the odd long-haul flight. The formula leans on glycine, magnesium and fermented GABA instead.
How is this different from magnesium or chamomile on their own?
A scoop of magnesium or a cup of chamomile is one input. WULF Sleep is ten, at full doses: 3 g glycine, 300 mg fermented GABA, 150 mg Lactium™ and seven more. Every amount is on the label.
How does WULF Sleep actually work in the body?
Three groups of ingredients, each with a job. Fermented GABA (300 mg) and L-theanine (200 mg) are the wind-down pair. Lactium™ (150 mg) and Ziziphus are there for the nights your head is still going. Then glycine (3 g) and magnesium (~300 mg elemental) round it out. Magnesium is necessary for normal nerve and muscle function.
Can I stack this with other supplements?
Yes. WULF Sleep stacks safely with protein, creatine, and vitality formulas like WULF Test. If you consume alcohol, leave at least 2–3 hours between your last drink and WULF Sleep for best results.
Can women use it too?
Yes. Nothing in the formula is specific to men. It isn’t suitable during pregnancy, and anyone on medication should check with their doctor first.
How long until I feel a difference?
Most people notice the wind-down first. Give it a few weeks of consistent nights before you judge it. One good or bad night tells you very little.
Why is WULF Sleep more expensive than cheaper sleep products?
Because the doses are real: 3 g glycine, 300 mg fermented GABA, 150 mg Lactium™, every amount on the label. Plenty of cheaper products hide behind proprietary blends or token amounts of magnesium and chamomile.
