Trying Mr Wulf for the first time? Your first order is protected by our 30 day First Order Satisfaction Guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.
This applies to your first eligible Mr Wulf order only, whether you choose a one time purchase or start a subscription. If it is not the right fit, email us at hey@mrwulfmen.com within 30 days of delivery and we will help you from there.
Damage or defect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review it quickly and help make it right.
Subscriptions
We send reminder emails before each subscription renewal. Once your order has been packed or shipped, it is too late to cancel that shipment, but you can cancel or pause future orders anytime before the next renewal date.
Overseas orders
Please collect your parcel promptly from customs or your local pick up point. If your order is returned because it was not collected, shipping fees, return fees, and any tariffs or duties paid are non refundable.
EU customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days to return unused items in original packaging for any reason.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to show the refund in your account.

We want your first Mr Wulf experience to feel confident. If you are trying us for the first time, your first order is protected by our 30 day First Order Satisfaction Guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.
This guarantee is designed for new customers trying Mr Wulf for the first time. It applies to your first eligible order only, whether you choose a one time purchase or begin a subscription.

This guarantee applies whether the product is opened or unopened, provided your refund request is made within 30 days of delivery.
The guarantee does not apply to repeat purchases, subscription renewals, replacement orders, gift cards, wholesale orders, shipping fees, tariffs, duties, or complimentary items included with your order.
To start a refund request, contact us at hey@mrwulfmen.com with your order number, the product you purchased, and a short note about why it was not the right fit.
Mr Wulf reserves the right to decline refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, outside the guarantee window, or inconsistent with the purpose of the guarantee.
Damages and issues
We take pride in delivering high quality products, but sometimes things can go wrong in transit. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To process claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. This includes images of any visible damage to the item and its shipping box.
Mr Wulf will evaluate each case and may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Any signs of deliberate tampering, misuse, or false claims may result in the claim being denied.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Subscription orders and late cancellations
We send reminder emails before each subscription renewal, along with a payment confirmation email once your order is processed.
If you contact us after your subscription order has been packed or shipped, it is too late to cancel that shipment. You can, however, cancel or pause future deliveries at any time before your next renewal date.
The First Order Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first subscription order. It does not apply to subscription renewals or future subscription shipments.
Overseas orders and uncollected packages
If you are ordering from overseas, please ensure you collect your parcel promptly after it has cleared customs or been sent to a local collection point.
If your order is returned to us because it was not collected in time, we cannot refund shipping costs, return shipping fees, tariffs, duties, or other carrier charges connected to the shipment.
International returns can take 45 to 60 days to reach us, and return costs can be substantial. For uncollected international orders, any approved refund will be issued minus shipping charges, return charges, tariffs, duties, and any other non refundable costs already incurred.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund request or return has been reviewed and let you know whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping fees, tariffs, duties, return shipping costs, gift cards, and complimentary items are non refundable unless required by law.
