SO EASY TO USE
Step 1: Wet your skin, apply 3 pumps of cleanser into the palm of your hand, lather it into your palm and then onto your face and neck, rinse off and pat dry with a towel. If you are bald apply it to the top of your head. If you have a beard, massage it into your beard to exfoliate the skin under your beard and keep your beard fresh.
Step 2: Apply 1-3 pumps of the Adaptive Nourishing Moisturiser all over your face and neck.
